8 Gym Exercises (YOU’RE DOING WRONG!)


These are 8 common gym exercise mistakes that most people do wrong. Whether you’re a beginner or if you advanced you need to make sure that you’re doing your workouts correctly.

Mistake 1: The biggest mistake I see people of all skill levels make with lunges is that they lunge with their feet almost touching. What I mean is that they lunge in a straight line with their feet right next to each other, as if they were trying to do a complicated sobriety test. This is wrong.

Mistake 2: Another mistake is taking steps too close together when you take a small step, forward and lunge with your feet too close together you’re going to be making more of a triangle between your legs at the bottom of every lunge.
